So on a rainy miserable January day we are transforming this property in Swinton. This property is situated by an area covered in trees and the biological growth on this particular house has never been cleaned. We are carefully removing the moss and will be following that with a biocide treatment to give some longevity to the clean. We always recommend a respray of biocide every 2-3 years to ensure that the growth does not return
