You get a contractor in for a job in your premises and property and they do a fantastic job. You say to them “I will definetly leave a review” and at the time you thoroughly mean it. But life gets in the way and you forget-we are all human. But if you do remember and take the time to review it means so much to a small business. It means other people trust us, it means our name gets out there and it means we climb up the ever changing fight for space on google. #roofcleaning is a wide market with many people now getting involved and offering the service we provide. Some are excellent at what they do - believe it or not we dont think we can do it better than everyone! But there are also some terrible cowboys, promising services that they just cannot provide and offering it cheaper so you think you are getting a bargain.
Reviews when genuine, give customers some reassurance and a balanced view of what people think of us. We are so very grateful to our lovely customers who provide these for our company
