This week we have been involved in a deep clean of a warehouse in the local area of Burscough. This landlord wants the site to be as attractive as it can be to the new tennants.
This is beneficial in two ways. One, your premises looks clean, tidy and attractive.
Second, from a health and safety standpoint, the area is free from trip hazards, and the paths/entrance ways are clear.
