So modern warehousing has generally been placed very close to the next building. Access can be tight, building maintenance seemingly impossible at times. This is the problem we met with this particular building and it did create a few challenges for the team. However, we have cleaned and treated all the cladding removing the biological growth present, and we have emptied and cleared all the gutters to the building. Gutter debris removal is essential as if it causes damages to the building, your insurance may not pay due to lack of maintenance.
We also removed some battery acid that had leaked and stained the floor area in the warehouse area.
We have used some neat powered access on the job.
